KC Peaches was founded in 2006 by Katie Cantwell who traded in her career in corporate consulting to pursue something a little sweeter in Dublin.

With a passion for food developed in her native Seattle and nurtured in France, and supported by co-owner and fellow foodie Vincent Carroll, Katie has brought naturally flavourful, healthy food to the masses who work and live in Dublin.

In June 2021 Symo was contacted by KC Peaches’ projects team who needed heavy-duty, lightweight small square parasols for their new, modern, open plan cafe in St Stephen’s Green, Dublin.

They chose 3 Quattro parasols with branded valances, connected with rain gutters and anchored by 60kg concrete bases.
