  • close the parasol in a storm wind of 7 Beaufort. (Use the AlertsPro app, which automatically notifies you when a storm is approaching.)
  • never leave your parasols unattended while open (during closing hours, on closed days).
  • have the installation, repair, and maintenance done by Symo and use Symo accessories and parts.

 

2We guarantee that the color of your parasol fabric will not fade in the sun. If the Orchestra fabric fades due to the sun within 10 years (yes, ten years!), we will deliver a new fabric for FREE and without any discussion.

 

3Choosing the right parasol? We make it easy for you. We guarantee that our professional Parasol Coaches will recommend the right parasol for your terrace. Every terrace is different.
