Newly opened near the renovated Place Castellane, Les Halles Gourmets offers products carefully selected for their quality and authenticity. They make it a point of honour to work with local producers and favour short supply chains to ensure optimal product traceability. Les Halles Gourmets offers a wide selection of fine products, ranging from rare spices to flavoured olive oils, as well as exceptional cheeses, fruits and vegetables. In addition, there is a wine cellar.

They set up fresh vegetables and tables for their customers on their terrace, so they needed robust parasols that would provide the best protection against the sun, rain and wind. This was a memorable project because it was completed by Symo in record time: three 5m x 4m MacSymo parasols with printed valances.
