Eat Salad was founded in 2013 by two brothers, after one of them saw the great success of a salad bar in New York’s Times Square. Meanwhile, the chain already has more than 70 franchised restaurants across the French territory.

You can go to Eat Salad for a quick, healthy meal. With controlled inventory management, they try to reduce waste. The vast majority of produce is cut on site, which also reduces organic waste. As part of their ecological approach, seasonal fruits such as melons and watermelons are only on the menu during the summer months.

At Eat Salad, you customize your own delicious salad or hot creation. You choose your base, select your ingredients from more than 40 suggestions and enrich your recipe with the dressing of your choice.

For the Montauban branch, we were commissioned to supply three large MacSymo parasols measuring 5x5m, to provide their terrace with adequate shelter. The black canopies were printed with the restaurant’s name, in the company’s colors. Each parasol provides shade or a waterproof roof to as many as 25 seats!
