Created by world renowned patisserie chef Cherish Finden (Bake Off: The Professionals), SHIOK! (pronounced ‘shook’) is named after a word meaning ‘pure pleasure’ in Finden’s native Singapore. The patisserie is part of the Pan Pacific Hotel.
For the terrace of this Singapore-influenced patisserie, Pan Pacific chose two Cape Wood parasols.
