Maybourne Hotel Group contacted Symo needing a heavy-duty, all-weather parasol solution for the popular al-fresco Berkeley Bar & Terrace.

We supplied two 5x4m MacSymo black-framed parasols with grey canopies, anchored by 200kg bases on wheels, neatly hidden under black base-cover plates. The parasols have integrated heating and LED lighting.

The Berkeley is conveniently located in Knightsbridge, close to Hyde Park. The hotel was built in 1972 and has been completely renovated over the last few years. In 2017 a major contemporary front façade face lift, designed by award-winning architect Richard Rogers, was unveiled.
