The Repulse Bay management wanted to upgrade the Palm Court parasols at their Verandah restaurant by replicating what we had supplied at their sister property The Peninsula Boutique & Cafe at The Peninsula London.

As per The Peninsula London, the parasols had to meet strict quality and design standards, including corporate global brand colours and identity. Special striped fabric was again specified, together with a special RAL colour for the parasol frame and base to match the bistro tables and chairs.

Symo supplied seven 3m round Quattro ‘Peninsula Green’ powder-coated framed parasols with special Forest Green and White striped fabric canopies, anchored by round ‘Peninsula Green’ powder-coated bases.

Built on the site of Hong Kong’s famous Repulse Bay Hotel (1920 to 1982), The Repulse Bay has preserved much of the grandeur and charm of its historical predecessor.

Sophisticated and refined, Palm Court at The Verandah retains the relaxed atmosphere of the original hotel.
