Opened in 2015, Pizza Workshop offers a short menu of ten different sourdough pizzas, as well as “boccas” (filled sandwiches).

In May 2021, independent pizza restaurant owner, Catherine Ross, contacted Symo. She needed “two lightweight, heavy-duty, yet stylish square parasols in bright orange fabric, capable of withstanding British sun, wind and rain” for her pavement area granted under licence by Bristol City council during social distancing restrictions.

Our solution was to supply 2 Quattro 2.5×2.0m branded parasols, with integrated battery-powered LED lighting, anchored by 40kg granite wheeled bases. This way, we created an elegant outdoor dining space.
